Established in Year 2002, PowerTECH System Engineering Limited (PowerTECH) supply service equipment for power utilities.

Since Year 2003, PowerTECH represent Enervac Corporation (Canada) for the territories of Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR. Enervac Corporation is one of the major manufacturer of vacuum oil purifier, oil regeneration plant and SF6 (Sulfur Hexafluoride) gas reclaim system, range from low to high flow rate. Enervac Corporation also have the best solution in the world for design and manufacturing of oil regeneration system.

PowerTECH also become the local agent of Morgan Schaffer Inc in Year 2012. Morgan Schaffer has the expertise of manufacturing Dissolve Gas Analysis (DGA) equipment, both online measuring and portable analyser.

After Doble Engineering Company acquired Morgan Schaffer Inc in Year 2017, Doble has a full range of matured and reliable online monitoring products so that Doble has a complete solution of condition based maintenance system, especially for power transformer. PowerTECH is glad to join Doble as one of their local agent for the territories of Hong Kong SAR and Macau.

寶達於2003年成為加拿大 Enervac Corporation 公司在香港及澳門的分銷代表. Enervac 公司是一家主要生產真空濾油機, 變壓器器油再生機及六氟化硫回收設備, 可生產由低至高流量的設備. Enervac 亦是全球有名氣的變壓器油再生機的生產商. 他可以為客戶提供最佳的方案及設計.

於2012年, 寶達成為 Morgan Schaffer在香港及澳門的分銷代表. Morgan Schaffer 是變壓器溶解氣體分析 (DGA) 設備的專家, 包括在線氣體分析設備及便携式氣體分析儀.

當美國公司 Doble Engineering Company 於 2017年收購 Morgan Schaffer後, Doble 擁有一整個成熟及可靠的在線設備監測產品. 至此, Doble 公司可提供基於狀態維護的整體方案, 尢其是對於電力變壓器.
